Menopause madness

I'm at the very end of the bellcurve, turning 60 and menopause has hit me like a freight train. My husband is my stalwart, totally understanding and supportive. My children producing their own children, amused at the brain fog incidences, but also supportive.

Menopause now is a hot topic (literally) so I went to a summit hoping to learn some coping strategies. Is there a reason we seem to resort to husband bashing when we are in women's groups? I have watched my husband over nearly 40 years of marriage be my right hand support. I have watched him over 30 years of fatherhood be a role model of this. I now watch my son and son in law emulate him and father their own children and support their own wives in a way that makes me proud.
